I have over 5 years of experience in Law Enforcement as a Correctional Officer, working with the general population and inmates requiring mental health services and addiction treatment. Additionally, I have more than 15 years of experience in Customer Care. With my education, knowledge, and passion for mental health, I will provide comprehensive support to meet the diverse needs of my clients.

In our first meeting, I focused on creating a safe, client-centered environment that encouraged openness. This time allows for emotional processing, helping clients understand their feelings and behaviors while together, also identifying the underlying reasons for their visit and the goals they wish to achieve.
